Aging from 18 to 24 months on slats.
Robe : clear with golden reflections, very fine bubbles.
Nose : fresh, clean, white fruit, vine peach, pineapple, lime blossom.
Mouth : beautiful attack, balanced and vinous, lemon zest.
Food and wine pairing : goes well with fish in sauce, shellfish, white meats, as an aperitif or with desserts.
