Manual harvest in open boxes, sorting in the vineyard and cellar before vatting by conveyor belt. Total destemming, maceration for 6 hours. Pneumatic pressing with size separation. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 17°C. Aging on fine lees for 3 months.
Robe : salmon pink, beautiful brilliance.
Nose : spicy, small red fruits (redcurrants, wild strawberries).
Mouth : fresh and ample wine at the beginning of the palate, leaving room for a smooth and distinguished palate and a crunchy substance, on the fruit. Mineral finish on red berries.
Food and wine pairing : ideal as an aperitif, delicatessen, with white meats, strawberry tart.
